Lessons & Legacies

Please mark your calendars and join us on Sunday June 29th at 3pm to hear author John Flood talk about his new book on the railroad shows in Virginia, "Buffalo Bill in the Limelight Across Virginia". Other adventurers that worked the shows with Buffalo Bill were people such as Annie Oakley. This talk will intertwine the era of the Wild West, railroad history, and entertainment in Virginia in the late 19th and early 20th century. The talk is free to attend as part of our "Lessons & Legacies" series. Donations are always welcome, and the author will have his books available for purchase.

The Raymond F. Ratcliffe Transportation Museum offers a unique glimpse into the history of Pulaski and the surrounding region. By preserving and displaying significant artifacts, the museum plays a crucial role in educating the public and keeping local history alive.
